Morning Meditation Classes

Complementary classes for our WYC community and their loved ones
Come at least 5 minutes ahead of time to make sure you are settled and ready to begin.
The format will be simple—a gentle guided journey inward. You will need a comfortable seat, on a chair or on the floor, and the props you need to sit upright effortlessly. If need be, alert your family that you will be tucked away in a still place in the house, away from distractions.
There will be enough instruction for new comers to support their easeful movement into meditation.
